April 5, 2025: Concord, CA 94521 The Clayton Valley Charter Ugly Eagles baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Wood Wildcats to 0 in the Ugly Eagles non-league win on Saturday.
The Ugly Eagles now hold a 12-0 record. They take the field next when they host Livermore for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 9. Clayton Valley Charter will play a Cowboys team coming off a 8-1 league win over Dougherty Valley (San Ramon, CA). The Cowboys record now stands at 6-3.
With the defeat, Wood drops to 8-6 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Vanden (Fairfield, CA) to play the Vikings in a test on Tuesday, April 8. The Vikings go into the test with a record of 11-6. Vanden won 11-2 in their recent league test against Rodriguez (Fairfield, CA)
