April 5, 2025: Wilmington, DE 19802 The Salesianum Sallies (Wilmington, DE) baseball trounced the visiting Middletown Cavaliers (Middletown, DE), 19-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Sallies now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Georges Tech for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 8. Salesianum will clash with a Hawks team coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to Polytech (Woodside, DE). The Hawks record now stands at 2-2.
With the defeat, Middletown drops to 0-2 on the year. The Cavaliers travel to Conrad Science (Wilmington, DE) to clash with the Red Wolves in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 10. The Red Wolves go into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Conrad Science won 3-2 in their recent non-league outing against Sanford (Hockessin, DE)
