April 5, 2025: Bedford, VA 24523 The Liberty Minutemen overwhelmed the visiting Magna Vista Warriors softball squad by a count of 9-4 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Minutemen meet the Tunstall Trojans (Dry Fork, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Sunday, April 6. Liberty will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Trojans go into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 11-1 non-league loss to Franklin County (Rocky Mount, VA).
The Warriors (1-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Lord Botetourt (Daleville, VA). The Cavaliers go into the non-league challenge with a 5-0 record. In their last challenge, Lord Botetourt held off Magna Vista (Ridgeway, VA), 16-6, in a non-league challenge.
