In Saturday's non-league match, the Lake Norman Charter Knights (Huntersville, NC) lacrosse team overwhelmed the host Myers Park Mustangs (Charlotte, NC), by a tally of 15-8.

Next up, the Knights play the Mooresville Blue Devils (Mooresville, NC) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, April 9. Lake Norman Charter will attempt to improve on its 7-5 season record. The Blue Devils come into the game with a 1-10 record after their 19-17 non-league loss to Legion Collegiate Academy (Rock Hill, SC).

The Mustangs (3-8) will now prepare for their game against Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC). The Knights come into the Southwestern/So Meck game with a 11-4 record. In their last game, Ardrey Kell was overwhelmed by Charlotte Catholic (Charlotte, NC), 15-12, in a league game.
