Midlothian Trojans (Midlothian, VA) supporters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad topple the host Franklin County Eagles (Rocky Mount, VA), 12-1 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Midlothian improves its record to 6-0 on the year. The Trojans travel to Cosby (Midlothian, VA) to play the Titans in a Dominion game on Tuesday, April 8. The Titans enter the game with a record of 2-0.

The Eagles now hold a 8-2 record. They play next when they host Northside for a Blue Ridge game on Friday, April 11.
