Miami Beach Hi-Tides (Miami Beach, FL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Miami Country Day Spartans (Miami, FL), 3-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Miami Beach upgrades its record to 7-6 on the season. The Hi-Tides travel to Coral Gables (Coral Gables, FL) to battle the Cavaliers in a non-league test on Friday, April 8. The Cavaliers come into the test with a record of 6-7.

With the defeat, Miami Country Day falls to 4-8 on the season. The Spartans host Somerset Academy South Homestead (Homestead, FL) to battle the Hurricanes in a non-league test on Thursday, April 7. The Hurricanes come into the test with a record of 0-8. Somerset Academy South Homestead lost 15-12 in their recent non-league test against Mourning (North Miami, FL)
