April 6, 2022: Uriah, AL 36480 Blacksher Bulldogs (Uriah, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Leroy Bears (Leroy, AL), 11-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs now own a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they host W.S. Neal for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 7. Blacksher will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 4-2 non-league win over T.R. Miller (Brewton, AL). The Eagles record now stands at 4-3.
With the loss, Leroy falls to 4-6 on the campaign. The Bears host Thomasville (Thomasville, AL) to battle the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 8. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 2-2. Thomasville won 11-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Sweet Water (Sweet Water, AL)
