Texas High School Softball - North Lamar bounces Paris
April 6, 2023: Paris, TX 75460 North Lamar Panthers (Paris, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Paris Wildcats (Paris, TX), 20-1 in a league challenge.
The Panthers now own a 4-9 record. They take the field next when they host Sulphur Springs for a 4A Region II District 15 challenge on Tuesday, April 11. North Lamar will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 10-0 league win over Pittsburg (Pittsburg, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 21-4.
With the loss, Paris falls to 0-9 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Liberty-Eylau (Texarkana, TX) to face the Leopards in a 4A Region II District 15 challenge on Tuesday, April 11. The Leopards enter the challenge with a record of 3-7. Liberty-Eylau lost 12-0 in their recent league challenge against Pleasant Grove (Texarkana, TX)
