Pennsylvania High School Baseball - William Penn prevails La Academia Charter

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the William Penn Bearcats (York, PA) baseball squad triumphed over the visiting La Academia Charter (Lancaster, PA), by a final score of 15-6.

With the win, William Penn upgrades its record to 1-4 on the season. The Bearcats travel to Northeastern (Manchester, PA) to encounter the Bobcats in a YAIAA 1 challenge on Tuesday, April 9. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a record of 2-3. Northeastern lost 8-1 in their recent league challenge against South Western (Hanover, PA)

With the defeat, La Academia Charter falls to 0-3 on the season. The travel to Alliance Christian (Birdsboro, PA) to encounter the Gryphons in a Commonwealth Christian challenge on Thursday, April 11. The Gryphons come into the challenge with a record of 0-1.
