The Metro-East Lutheran Knights the visiting Lutheran West Longhorns baseball team by a tally of 8-5 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Knights now hold a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lutheran North for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 6. Metro-East Lutheran will face a Crusaders team coming off a 13-2 non-league loss to MICDS (St. Louis, MO). The Crusaders record now stands at 8-3.
