Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Stroudsburg Mountaineers (Stroudsburg, PA) and the visiting Palmerton Blue Bombers (Palmerton, PA), saw Stroudsburg's baseball squad edge Palmerton by a count of 9-8.

Coming up next, the Mountaineers play the Emmaus Hornets (Emmaus, PA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, April 8. Stroudsburg will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Hornets enter the battle with a 3-4 record after their 7-2 non-league loss to Blue Mountain (Schuylkill Haven, PA).
