April 6, 2024: Marietta, GA 30062 The Walton Raiders baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Woodstock Wolverines to 1 in the Raiders non-league victory on Saturday.
The Raiders (16-6) will now prepare for their match against Cherokee (Canton, GA). The Warriors go into the 7A Area 5 match with a 16-8 record. In their last match, Cherokee tipped Loganville (Loganville, GA), 11-3, in a non-league match.
The Wolverines (10-14) will now prepare for their match against Mount Paran Christian (Kennesaw, GA). The Eagles go into the non-league match with a 16-3 record. In their last match, Mount Paran Christian tipped South Atlanta (Atlanta, GA), 23-0, in a league match.
