April 6, 2024: Hoffman Estates, IL 60169 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Conant Cougars (Hoffman Estates, IL) and the visiting Downers Grove South Mustangs (Downers Grove, IL), saw Conant's volleyball squad beat Downers Grove South by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Conant upgrades its record to 14-1 on the year. The Cougars travel to South Elgin (South Elgin, IL) to play the Storm in a non-league bout on Monday, April 8. The Storm go into the bout with a record of 3-3. South Elgin lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Wheaton North (Wheaton, IL)
The Mustangs now own a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Larkin for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 6. Downers Grove South will play a Royals squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Huntley (Huntley, IL). The Royals record now stands at 1-4.
