Virginia High School Lacrosse - Patriot held off by Lake Braddock
April 6, 2024: Burke, VA 22015 Lake Braddock Bruins (Burke, VA) boosters exited the stadium content Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the visiting Patriot Pioneers (Nokesville, VA), 7-6 in a non-league battle.
The Bruins now own a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Alexandria City for a Patriot battle on Thursday, April 11. Lake Braddock will clash with a Titans squad coming off a 13-8 league loss to West Springfield (Springfield, VA). The Titans record now stands at 5-3.
In their next game, the Pioneers clash with the Chantilly Chargers (Chantilly, VA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 6. Patriot will attempt to advance on its 4-3 season record. The Chargers come into the battle with a 1-1 record after their 10-9 league win over South Lakes (Reston, VA).
