April 6, 2024: Grayslake, IL 60030 In Saturday's non-league contest, the Hersey Huskies (Arlington Heights, IL) lacrosse squad nipped the host Grayslake North Knights (Grayslake, IL), by a count of 8-7.
Coming up next, the Huskies confront the Palatine Pirates (Palatine, IL) in a Mid Suburban contest, on Monday, April 8. Hersey will attempt to advance on its 3-3 season record. The Pirates enter the contest with a 4-1 record after their 12-6 non-league loss to Hampshire (Hampshire, IL).
The Knights now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they host Wauconda for a Northern Lake County contest on Wednesday, April 10. Grayslake North will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 12-9 non-league loss to Warren Township (Gurnee, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-4.
