Mississippi High School Softball - Lexington falls to Belmont
April 6, 2024: Belmont, MS 38827 In Saturday's non-league outing, the host Belmont Cardinals softball team scored a nice 12-0 win over the Lexington Golden Bears.
Coming up next, the Cardinals battle the Booneville Blue Devils (Booneville, MS) in a 3A Region 1 outing, on Monday, April 8. Belmont will attempt to upgrade on its 11-13 season record. The Blue Devils enter the outing with a 11-9 record after their 2-1 league loss to Mantachie (Mantachie, MS).
The Golden Bears (4-14) will now prepare for their outing against Colbert County (Leighton, AL). The Indians enter the non-league outing with a 14-14 record.
