In Saturday's non-league contest, the Decatur Central Hawks (Indianapolis, IN) softball team overwhelmed the host Indianapolis Bishop Chatard Trojans (Indianapolis, IN), by a margin of 6-0.

With the triumph, Decatur Central moves its record to 1-1 on the year. The Hawks host Mooresville (Mooresville, IN) to play the Pioneers in a Mid-State contest on Wednesday, April 10. The Pioneers come into the contest with a record of 6-1. Mooresville won 5-1 in their recent non-league contest against Evansville North (Evansville, IN)
