Virginia High School Softball - Kellam bounces Glen Allen
April 6, 2024: Virginia Beach, VA 23456 Kellam Knights (Virginia Beach, VA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Glen Allen Jaguars (Glen Allen, VA), 9-5 in a non-league challenge.
The Knights now own a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host Bayside for a Beach challenge on Tuesday, April 9. Kellam will face a Marlins squad coming off a 22-0 league win over Green Run (Virginia Beach, VA). The Marlins record now stands at 1-3.
With the loss, Glen Allen falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Freeman (Richmond, VA) to face the Mavericks in a Colonial challenge on Friday, April 12. The Mavericks enter the challenge with a record of 3-3.
