April 7, 2022: Chicago, IL 60638 Kennedy Crusaders (Chicago, IL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Hansberry Bengals (Chicago, IL), 9-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Kennedy upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Hubbard (Chicago, IL) to battle the Greyhounds in a Chicago Public - South test on Friday, April 8. The Greyhounds come into the test with a record of 1-7. Hubbard lost 10-1 in their recent league test against Juarez (Chicago, IL)
With the defeat, Hansberry falls to 0-2 on the season. The Bengals host Noble Street College Prep (Chicago, IL) to battle the Golden Tigers in a Noble test on Wednesday, April 20. The Golden Tigers come into the test with a record of 0-3.
