Lemont Lemont HS (Lemont, IL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Richards Bulldogs (Oak Lawn, IL), 18-0 in a league challenge.

The Lemont HS now sport a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Downers Grove North for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 9.

With the loss, Richards falls to 3-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Thornton Fractional South (Lansing, IL) to face the TBA in a South Suburban - Blue challenge on Saturday, April 9. The TBA enter the challenge with a record of 4-3.
