California High School Volleyball - Wilcox over Fremont
April 7, 2023: Santa Clara, CA 95051 Wilcox Chargers (Santa Clara, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Fremont Firebirds (Sunnyvale, CA), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Chargers clash with the Palo Alto Vikings (Palo Alto, CA) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, April 11. Wilcox will attempt to advance on its 7-0 season record. The Vikings come into the match with a 1-5 record after their 2-0 league win over Los Altos (Los Altos, CA).
With the loss, Fremont drops to 10-9 on the campaign. The Firebirds travel to San Leandro (San Leandro, CA) to clash with the Pirates in a non-league match on Saturday, April 8. The Pirates come into the match with a record of 9-2. San Leandro won 2-1 in their recent league match against Arroyo (San Lorenzo, CA)
