April 7, 2025: New Orleans, LA 70119 The crowd at Monday's non-league battle between the Jesuit Blue Jays (New Orleans, LA) and the visiting L.W. Higgins Hurricanes (Marrero, LA), saw Jesuit's baseball team gain a win over L.W. Higgins by a tally of 10-0.
The Blue Jays (21-9) will now prepare for their battle against Warren Easton (New Orleans, LA). The Fighting Eagles enter the 5A District 9 battle with a 9-10 record. In their last battle, Warren Easton was overwhelmed by Jesuit (New Orleans, LA), 15-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Hurricanes face the East Jefferson Warriors (Metairie, LA) in a 5A District 10 battle, on Tuesday, April 8. L.W. Higgins will attempt to upgrade on its 16-7 season record. The Warriors enter the battle with a 12-13 record after their 16-6 league win over Benjamin Franklin (New Orleans, LA).
