Washington High School Baseball - Mt. Baker loses to Blaine
April 7, 2026: Deming, WA 98244 Blaine Borderites (Blaine, WA) fans left the game pleased Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Mt. Baker Mountaineers (Deming, WA), 21-9 in a league match.
With the triumph, Blaine advances its record to 4-5 on the season. The Borderites travel to Lynden Christian (Lynden, WA) to battle the Lyncs in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest match on Monday, April 13. The Lyncs come into the match with a record of 10-1. Lynden Christian lost 10-4 in their recent league match against Oak Harbor (Oak Harbor, WA)
The Mountaineers now have a 0-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lakewood for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest match on Tuesday, April 14. Mt. Baker will battle a Cougars squad coming off a 6-3 league loss to Nooksack Valley (Everson, WA). The Cougars record now stands at 3-10.
