In Tuesday's non-league game, the host Choctawhatchee Indians baseball team scored a close 12-5 win over the Montgomery County Indians.

The Indians (18-5) will now prepare for their game against Lafayette (Lexington, KY). The Generals go into the non-league game with a 5-6 record. In their last game, Lafayette nudged Nicholas County (Carlisle, KY), 11-1, in a non-league game.

Next, the Indians play the Western Hills Wolverines (Frankfort, KY) in a non-league game, on Thursday, April 9. Montgomery County will attempt to improve on its 9-4 season record. The Wolverines go into the game with a 5-9 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to Glasgow (Glasgow, KY).
