In Tuesday's non-league bout, the Middlesex Chargers (Saluda, VA) baseball squad edged the visiting Colonial Beach Drifters (Colonial Beach, VA), by a tally of 7-6.

Next up, the Chargers encounter the Lancaster Red Devils (Lancaster, VA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, April 8. Middlesex will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Red Devils enter the bout with a 7-3 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to Strasburg (Strasburg, VA).
