In Tuesday's non-league bout, the GVCS Broadfording Lions (Hagerstown, MD) baseball squad edged the visiting Mountain Ridge Miners (Frostburg, MD), by a tally of 6-5.

Next up, the Lions encounter the Heritage Academy Eagles (Hagerstown, MD) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, April 9. GVCS Broadfording will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 2-1 record after their 19-0 league win over Cumberland Valley Christian (Chambersburg, PA).
