The crowd at Tuesday's league battle between the Legacy Lightning Bolt (Broomfield, CO) and the visiting Mead Mavericks (Longmont, CO), saw Legacy's baseball team gain a win over Mead by a tally of 13-3.

The Lightning Bolt (7-1) will now prepare for their battle against Horizon (Thornton, CO). The Hawks enter the 5A/4A Granite Peaks battle with a 3-5 record. In their last battle, Horizon defeated Niwot (Niwot, CO), 6-5, in a league battle.

Next, the Mavericks face the Skyline Falcons (Longmont, CO) in a 5A/4A Granite Peaks battle, on Thursday, April 9. Mead will attempt to upgrade on its 9-3 season record. The Falcons enter the battle with a 1-10 record after their 10-5 league loss to Longmont (Longmont, CO).
