The Morro Bay Pirates baseball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Terra Nova Tigers to 7 in the Pirates non-league win on Tuesday.

The Pirates now own a 9-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Village Christian for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 8. Morro Bay will clash with a Crusaders team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Pioneer Valley (Santa Maria, CA). The Crusaders record now stands at 6-8.

With the defeat, Terra Nova drops to 7-5 on the year. The Tigers travel to Atascadero (Atascadero, CA) to clash with the Greyhounds in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 8. The Greyhounds go into the test with a record of 4-10. Atascadero lost 8-5 in their recent league test against San Luis Obispo (San Luis Obispo, CA)
