Pennsylvania High School Lacrosse - Sewickley Academy drops to Moon Area
April 8, 2022: Moon Township, PA 15108 Moon Area Tigers (Moon Township, PA) boosters exited the stadium content Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Sewickley Academy (Sewickley, PA), 17-7 in a non-league battle.
The Tigers now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hampton for a WPIAL 2A 2 battle on Tuesday, April 12. Moon Area will clash with a Talbots squad coming off a 15-5 non-league loss to Fox Chapel (Pittsburgh, PA). The Talbots record now stands at 1-3.
In their next game, the clash with the Franklin Regional Panthers (Murrysville, PA) in a WPIAL 2A 1 battle, on Tuesday, April 12. Sewickley Academy will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Panthers come into the battle with a 4-2 record after their 15-5 non-league loss to Indiana (Indiana, PA).
