Tennessee High School Soccer - Greenbrier knocks off Mount Juliet
April 8, 2022: Mt. Juliet, TN 37122 Greenbrier Bobcats (Greenbrier, TN) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Mount Juliet Golden Bears (Mt. Juliet, TN), 5-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Bobcats confront the Macon County Tigers (Lafayette, TN) in a 2A District 9 challenge, on Tuesday, April 12. Greenbrier will attempt to better on its 6-3 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Sycamore (Pleasant View, TN).
The Golden Bears now have a 1-8 record. They take the field next when they host LaVergne for a 3A District 7 challenge on Tuesday, April 12. Mount Juliet will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 6-0 league win over Lebanon (Lebanon, TN). The Wolverines record now stands at 6-0.
