The Seaholm Maples softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Clawson Trojans to 9 in the Maples league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Seaholm improves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Maples host Berkley (Berkley, MI) to clash with the Bears in a non-league game on Tuesday, April 12. The Bears enter the outing with a record of 1-1.

The Trojans (0-1) will now prepare for their outing against Troy (Troy, MI). The Colts enter the Oakland - White outing with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Troy was tipped by Avondale (Auburn Hills, MI), 9-5, in a league outing.
