Arizona High School Softball - Palo Verde bounces San Carlos
April 8, 2022: Tucson, AZ 85710 Palo Verde Titans (Tucson, AZ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting San Carlos Braves (San Carlos, AZ), 14-4 in a non-league challenge.
The Titans now own a 4-8 record. They take the field next when they host Sabino for a 3A South challenge on Tuesday, April 12. Palo Verde will battle a Sabercats squad coming off a 10-5 non-league win over Walden Grove (Sahuarita, AZ). The Sabercats record now stands at 22-3.
With the loss, San Carlos falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The Braves travel to St. Augustine Catholic (Tucson, AZ) to battle the Wolves in a 2A South challenge on Tuesday, April 12. The Wolves enter the challenge with a record of 1-8.
