The Salpointe Catholic Lancers volleyball team (Tucson, AZ), was nudged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions (Glendale, AZ)

The Mountain Lions (10-17) will now prepare for their challenge against Catalina Foothills (Tucson, AZ). The Falcons enter the non-league challenge with a 16-7 record. In their last challenge, Catalina Foothills nipped Mountain Ridge (Glendale, AZ), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Lancers encounter the Sahuaro Cougars (Tucson, AZ) in a 4A Gila battle, on Tuesday, April 11. Salpointe Catholic will attempt to advance on its 17-4 season record.
