April 8, 2023: New Fairfield, CT 06812 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the New Fairfield Rebels (New Fairfield, CT) and the visiting Canton Warriors (Canton, CT), witnessed New Fairfield's lacrosse squad top Canton by a tally of 15-3.
The Rebels now have a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host New Milford for a South West test on Tuesday, April 11. New Fairfield will face a Green Wave squad coming off a 11-5 league win over Newtown (Newtown, CT). The Green Wave record now stands at 2-0.
In their next game, the Warriors face the Ellington Knights (Ellington, CT) in a North Central Connecticut test, on Tuesday, April 11. Canton will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record.
