Ohio High School Softball - Archbishop Hoban bounces Lake
April 8, 2023: Uniontown, OH 44685 Archbishop Hoban Knights (Akron, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Lake Blue Streaks (Uniontown, OH), 8-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Knights now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Perry County Central for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 11. Archbishop Hoban will face a Commodores squad coming off a 13-4 non-league win over Curtis (Staten Island, NY). The Commodores record now stands at 11-0.
With the loss, Lake falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The Blue streaks host McKinley (Canton, OH) to face the Bulldogs in a Federal challenge on Tuesday, April 11. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 0-2.
