New Jersey High School Softball - Mahwah bounces Paramus
April 8, 2023: Mahwah, NJ 07430 The Mahwah Thunderbirds the visiting Paramus Spartans softball squad by a count of 8-4 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Thunderbirds (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against Westwood (Washington Township, NJ). The Cardinals go into the non-league battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Westwood nudged Dumont (Dumont, NJ), 17-11, in a non-league battle.
The Spartans now sport a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Ridgewood for a North Jersey Tri-County B battle on Monday, April 10. Paramus will meet a Maroons squad coming off a 9-3 league loss to Bergen Tech (Hackensack, NJ). The Maroons record now stands at 0-2.
