April 8, 2025: Chantilly, VA 22030 Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Paul VI Panthers (Chantilly, VA) and the visiting The Academy of the Holy Cross Tartans (Kensington, MD), witnessed Paul VI's lacrosse squad top The Academy of the Holy Cross by a count of 15-4.
The Panthers (3-8) will now prepare for their contest against Georgetown Visitation Prep (Washington, DC). The Cubs enter the non-league contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, Georgetown Visitation Prep beat Bishop Ireton (Alexandria, VA), 18-7, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Tartans meet the Sidwell Friends Quakers (Washington, DC) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, April 10. The Academy of the Holy Cross will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Quakers enter the contest with a 7-3 record after their 16-4 non-league win over Brookewood (Kensington, MD).
