Oklahoma High School Soccer - ASTEC Charter toppled by Alva
April 8, 2025: Alva, OK 73717 Alva Goldbugs (Alva, OK) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting ASTEC Charter Comets (Oklahoma City, OK), 10-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Alva moves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Goldbugs travel to Cordell (Cordell, OK) to clash with the Blue Devils in a 3A District 1 test on Friday, April 18. The Blue Devils come into the test with a record of 2-4.
The Comets now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Crooked Oak for a non-league test on Friday, April 11.
