Illinois High School Soccer - IC Catholic Prep toppled by Loyola Academy
April 8, 2025: Elmhurst, IL 60126 Loyola Academy Ramblers (Wilmette, IL) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host IC Catholic Prep Knights (Elmhurst, IL), 5-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Loyola Academy moves its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Ramblers host Mother McAuley (Chicago, IL) to clash with the Mighty Macs in a Chicago Catholic test on Thursday, April 10. The Mighty Macs come into the test with a record of 5-3. Mother McAuley won 2-1 in their recent league test against DePaul College Prep (Chicago, IL)
The Knights now sport a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fenwick for a Chicago Catholic test on Thursday, April 10. IC Catholic Prep will clash with a Friars team coming off a 3-2 league loss to St. Francis (Wheaton, IL). The Friars record now stands at 2-3.
