Virginia High School Soccer - L.C. Bird toppled by Louisa County
April 8, 2025: Mineral, VA 23117 Louisa County Lions (Mineral, VA) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team overwhelm the visiting L.C. Bird Skyhawks (Chesterfield, VA), 12-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Louisa County advances its record to 1-5 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Monticello (Charlottesville, VA) to clash with the Mustangs in a Jefferson test on Thursday, April 10. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 3-1. Monticello won 5-2 in their recent league test against Goochland (Goochland, VA)
The Skyhawks now have a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to J.R. Tucker for a non-league test on Thursday, April 10. L.C. Bird will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 6-2 league loss to Maggie Walker (Richmond, VA). The Tigers record now stands at 1-4.
