Ohio High School Lacrosse - Highland nips Wadsworth
April 8, 2025: Wadsworth, OH 44281 The Highland Hornets lacrosse squad scored 9 points and limited the host Wadsworth Grizzlies to 8 in the Hornets league triumph on Tuesday.
The Hornets now hold a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy for a Region 5 challenge on Thursday, April 10. Highland will clash with a Royals squad coming off a 17-6 non-league win over Hawken (Gates Mills, OH). The Royals record now stands at 3-0.
With the loss, Wadsworth falls to 3-2 on the year. The Grizzlies host Hudson (Hudson, OH) to clash with the Explorers in a Region 2 challenge on Thursday, April 10. The Explorers come into the game with a record of 3-3. Hudson lost 15-10 in their recent league game against St. Ignatius (Cleveland, OH)
