Virginia High School Soccer - Maury nudges Nandua
April 8, 2025: Norfolk, VA 23517 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the host Maury Commodores soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Nandua Warriors.
The Commodores (5-3) will now prepare for their outing against Norcom (Portsmouth, VA). The Greyhounds go into the Eastern outing with a 2-6 record. In their last outing, Norcom got by Manor (Portsmouth, VA), 4-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Warriors play the Windsor Dukes (Windsor, VA) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, April 22. Nandua will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Dukes go into the outing with a 1-4 record after their 1-0 league loss to Appomattox Regional Governor's Arts & Tech (Petersburg, VA).
