April 8, 2025: Summit, IL 60501 In Tuesday's league test, the Argo Argonauts (Summit, IL) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Oak Forest Bengals (Oak Forest, IL), by a tally of 6-0.
Next, the Argonauts clash with the Evergreen Park Mustangs (Evergreen Park, IL) in a South Suburban test, on Wednesday, April 9. Argo will attempt to advance on its 5-1 season record. The Mustangs go into the test with a 5-4 record after their 11-2 league loss to Shepard (Palos Heights, IL).
The Bengals (4-2) will now prepare for their test against Thornton Fractional South (Lansing, IL). The Red Wolves go into the South Suburban test with a 0-7 record. In their last test, Thornton Fractional South was routed by Bremen (Midlothian, IL), 6-4, in a league test.
