The Ashley Screaming Eagle (Wilmington, NC) baseball the visiting Pine Lake Prep Pride (Mooresville, NC), 4-1 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

The Screaming Eagle now own a 3-15 record. They take the field next when they host Laney for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 14.

With the defeat, Pine Lake Prep drops to 11-6 on the year. The Pride travel to Charlotte Country Day School (Charlotte, NC) to clash with the Buccaneers in a non-league test on Monday, April 13. The Buccaneers go into the test with a record of 12-6. Charlotte Country Day School won 5-3 in their recent non-league test against Central Academy of Technology & Arts (Monroe, NC)
