The Classical Lady Purple/Athena baseball squad (Providence, RI), was overwhelmed 7-0 in Wednesday's non-league contest with the visiting Blackstone Valley Prep PRIDE (Cumberland, RI)

With the triumph, Blackstone Valley Prep moves its record to 2-2 on the season. The PRIDE host Juanita Sanchez Complex (Providence, RI) to confront the Cavaliers in a Division 3 contest on Friday, April 10. The Cavaliers come into the contest with a record of 1-0. Juanita Sanchez Complex won 5-4 in their recent league contest against Providence Country Day (East Providence, RI)
