The Spring Valley Timberwolves baseball team scored 17 runs and held the visiting Wheatmore Warriors to 1 in the Timberwolves non-league win on Wednesday.

The Timberwolves now own a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Capital for a Mountain State test on Monday, April 13.

With the defeat, Wheatmore drops to 2-12 on the year. The Warriors travel to Southwestern Randolph (Asheboro, NC) to play the Cougars in a non-league test on Thursday, April 9.
