New York High School Lacrosse - Kingston overwhelms Cornwall Central

April 8, 2026: Kingston, NY 12401

In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the host Kingston Tigers lacrosse squad scored a good 17-7 triumph over the Cornwall Central Dragons.

The Tigers (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Newburgh Free Academy (Newburgh, NY). The Goldbacks go into the Section 9 Division I challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Newburgh Free Academy was overwhelmed by Washingtonville (Washingtonville, NY), 14-3, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Dragons clash with the Averill Park Warriors (Averill Park, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, April 10. Cornwall Central will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Warriors go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 12-2 league loss to Bethlehem Central (Delmar, NY).
