The Immaculate Mustangs softball team scored 6 runs and held the host Staples Wreckers to 3 in the Mustangs non-league win on Wednesday.

The Mustangs now possess a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bunnell for a Southwest - Colonial battle on Wednesday, April 15.

With the loss, Staples moves to 1-1 on the season. The Wreckers host Westhill (Stamford, CT) to confront the Vikings in a non-league battle on Thursday, April 9. The Vikings come into the battle with a record of 2-1. Westhill lost 7-5 in their recent league battle against Greenwich (Greenwich, CT)
