Alabama High School Baseball - Ragland loses to Vincent
April 9, 2022: Vincent, AL 35178 The Vincent Yellow Jackets baseball team scored 14 runs and limited the visiting Ragland Purple Devils to 2 in the Yellow Jackets non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Yellow Jackets now hold a 18-5 record. They take the field next when they host Central of Coosa County for a 2A Area 8 outing on Tuesday, April 12. Vincent will face a Cougars team coming off a 13-2 non-league loss to Horseshoe Bend (New Site, AL). The Cougars record now stands at 0-7.
Next, the Purple Devils face the Donoho Falcons (Anniston, AL) in a 1A Area 9 outing, on Tuesday, April 12. Ragland will attempt to advance on its 8-4 season record. The Falcons enter the outing with a 13-4 record after their 11-1 non-league win over Cleburne County (Heflin, AL).
