Texas High School Baseball - Steele defeats Warren
April 9, 2022: San Antonio, TX 78251 Steele Knights (Cibolo, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Warren Warriors (San Antonio, TX), 15-9 in a non-league test.
With the win, Steele upgrades its record to 13-5 on the season. The Knights travel to South San Antonio (San Antonio, TX) to battle the Bobcats in a 6A Region IV District 27 test on Tuesday, April 12. The Bobcats come into the test with a record of 9-10. South San Antonio lost 8-2 in their recent league test against Smithson Valley (Spring Branch, TX)
With the defeat, Warren falls to 5-14 on the season. The Warriors host Taft (San Antonio, TX) to battle the Raiders in a 6A Region IV District 29 test on Tuesday, April 12. The Raiders come into the test with a record of 10-10. Taft lost 7-3 in their recent non-league test against Del Rio (Del Rio, TX)
